OneTrust is one of the cookie consent management solution. Cookie consent gives users control over their data and how it is collected.

But often when there is a miss, integrating OneTrust with Adobe Analytics or any other web analytics tool, there is no server call or it interface in proper tracking.

In case of Adobe Analytics if you think that the integration and implementation is correct but there is no server call then go to console and run command
adobe.optIn.isApproved()

If the output is false then approve that by running adobe.optIn.approveAll()

Most of the time you will see the server call and these step will give proper direction to troubleshoot further.

Sometime reloading the page change the approved status from true to false it is due to bad implementation. In such scenario click on any of the exit link to check the server call.
