Does Mobile SDK have cookies?

There is no cookies concept in app

How does the visitor Identification work?

SDK generates a unique visitor ID when an app is installed. This ID is stored in persistent memory on the mobile device and is sent with every hit. This ID is removed only when the user uninstalls the app.

Delete and reinstall the app will cause a new visitor to be generated.

The point to be noted is that while clearing app cache will not cause a new Visitor ID to be created, clearing app data will result in a new Visitor ID being created.
